Aam Ki Lassi


Mango Lassi is our all time favorite Indian summer drink. What better way than to combine the sweetness of mangoes with the tanginess of yogurt. Make this fruity, thick, creamy, refreshing Mango Lassi recipe in less than 15 minutes with ripe mangoes, yogurt and your choice of flavorings – green cardamom, saffron or rose water.



Mango Lassi is an improved form of traditional Indian lassi. Aam ki lassi is made by adding aamras(mango juice) into yogurt. It turns out to be a delicious shake during summer.


  • Peel the skin Of Alphonso mangoes and cut into small pieces.
  • Add the chopped mangoes in a blender.
  • Add Curd, sugar (as per your taste), Saffron strands and milk with the chopped mangoes in a blender.
  • Blend till everything is mixed well and the mixture becomes smooth.
  • Pour mango lassi in glasses.
  • Garnish the Alphonso Mango Lassi with chopped almonds, ice cubes and saffron.
  • Serve chilled.
