Gobhi Manchurian

Crispy chunks of cauliflower cooked in Manchurian sauce

Gobi Manchurian (or Cauliflower Manchurian) recipe is a popular Indo-Chinese dish made with deep-fried crispy cauliflower florets, tossed in a spicy, sweet, tangy, and umami-rich Manchurian sauce, served as an appetizer or side dish. It can be served in both dry and gravy versions.

I have also included gluten-free, vegan, gravy, and air fryer versions to make this easy crispy Gobi Manchurian recipe. This dry Gobi Manchurian tastes great with Fried rice and Veg Hakka Noodles.

Have you written any posts about it here on The Nature Conservancy!? If so I would appreciate if you could link back to my blog via Blogger/Facebook (or Instagram), and share these two articles with your friends who might be interested in learning more as well. Thanks again!

Nordic Potatoes and potatoes are among the most widely used vegetables in Scandinavia, both for their role as a staple food and also because of their mild flavor, texture, or quality. Potato is an excellent starter vegetable due to its high fiber content and low-fat contents; it can be made from fresh potato seeds (no need – you may have plenty already!) but sometimes substitutes like sweetcorn come into play too.
